Plateau?!?!?!

What to do?  I have virtually been setting at the same weight for about a month.  Although, I don't have working scales at the moment, I do weigh myself when I go to work out.  The only problem with this is that I am fully clothed AND it is in the evening.  So I figure that my clothing and shoes weigh about 5 pounds and add about 2 to 3 pounds for evening weigh in and this puts me at a total weight loss of 38 pounds to date.  I really need to get a set of scales!!!  It is driving me CRAZY!  Argh!

  1. You need to buy a scale, Tracy. I get weighed every morning and then I log it in.

  2. See, I am stubborn. I have bought two sets in the last year. Both have died shortly after changing the batteries. I have a set that will work when I am down 10 to 15 more pounds! I am anxious to get there so that I don't have to buy yet another set of scales! We are actually thinking of investing a set that costs around $200 eventually. I just can't bring myself to buy a new set when I only have 10 or 15 pounds to go! It is killing me!
